Amitabh Bachchan Tests Negative, Discharged From Hospital

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has tested negative for coronavirus and has been discharged from the hospital. The development was confirmed by his Son Abhishek Bachchan.

Mr. Bachchan was admitted to Nanavati Hospital after he tested positive for Coronavirus on July 12.

Minutes before Amitabh Bachchan shared his health update, Abhishek announced the news about his father’s negative reports on Twitter and in a separate tweet, shared that he has again tested positive for the virus and he will remain in the hospital till he gets recovered. “I, unfortunately, due to some comorbidities remain COVID-19 positive and remain in hospital. Again, thank you all for your continued wishes and prayers for my family. Very humbled and indebted. I’ll beat this and come back healthier! Promise,” wrote Abhishek Bachchan.
